  Carefully disassemble your furniture or outdoor accessories and place them back into their original shipping crates or boxes to ensure safe transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For oversized patio structures or heavy items, use our portal to schedule a professional freight pickup at a time that is convenient for you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
